When will my order be processed?
We want to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please be sure to select the correct model and color when ordering, as we cannot change them. Once an order is placed in our system, it cannot be changed or canceled.

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please understand that order processing times may be longer during holidays and promotions.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email. You can track the status of your package via the link in the email. Shipping costs depend on the package's weight and delivery address. Customs fees and taxes for all international orders are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary documentation to customs or the carrier. Otherwise, if your order is marked as returned to sender or is not delivered due to the recipient's inability to track the shipment or submit the necessary documents or notifications to the carrier, we will not be able to process any refunds or free exchanges, and you may need to place a new order.
Delivery
Local customs authorities may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by your local post office or carrier. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so your package will arrive by regular mail. If you are not at home, the postal service may leave a pickup notice with information on how and where to collect your package.

Foreign Currency Transaction Fees
If your credit card account is not denominated in U.S. dollars, the actual exchange rate may differ from the one displayed on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank based on its pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are displayed in your local currency but will be settled in USD at checkout. All transactions are settled in USD at the checkout page via PayPal or Stripe.
Cancellations/Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we're very efficient!). Once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make changes.
Please note that orders already packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
