Return conditions

Our return policy is valid for 60 days. If you purchased the item more than 60 days ago, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

For returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns: perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines; underwear or hygiene products; hazardous materials; and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

In some cases, a partial refund may be available (where applicable):

- Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, video cassettes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted unless the damage or missing parts are due to our fault.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved.

If your request is approved, we will process the refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or failed refund

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to arrive.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, only full-priced items are refundable; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the refund amount. We'll mail the gift card to you upon receipt of the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the sender shipped the order to themselves to send to you later, we'll refund the sender, who will then be notified of the return.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for your replacement product may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $59.99, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that your return will be received.
