Do I need an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. However, having an account with us offers some benefits:

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I entered an incorrect email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

Are there exchange rates?

All our transactions are in U.S. dollars. If your credit card is in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When you purchase online by credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your information is then encrypted via SSL and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and the transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion, even after you have received an order confirmation or your credit card has been authorized. If your credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your original payment method.

Any cancellations made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total price, regardless of the time the order was placed (even just one second later), as the merchant/credit card processor charges us a cancellation fee.

Please note that orders already packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set up my shipping address?

Since our website and service are English-based, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation. If any letters in your address contain non-English letters, we recommend using similar English letters. For example, you can replace the letter "?" with "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address rather than your vacation address, as we don't know how long the destination customs office will hold the package.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose. Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information the next day, as tracking information is typically available 24 hours after shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs authorities.

How can I track my order?

We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships. You'll typically receive your tracking number one day after shipping.

Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise stated.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If anything is still missing, please contact us immediately.
